This can't be true??? I'm going to call to find out, because our roof hasn't been replaced yet since we've owned it! And it's been atleast 20 years, we've been here 10. I would definetly like to get it done, if the labor is really free.
Mny older homes have roofs that have not been replaced for decades, and those aging roofs could fail when bad weather and seasonal storms come around. Replacing the roof before it fails is a great way to save money, as well as a great way to avoid unnecessary hassles.
