Do you think you could tell me about leveling out the land around my house. We often flood (comes into the garage) and live across from a very deep ditch that also floods.
Well that all depends...If you call the city and tell them about the ditch flooding all the time they might do something about it. Like widen the ditch but I'm sure you'd have to call twice a week!lol.. I live out in the country and they widen our ditches once a year from run off and the fields!
Does your house and garage sit lower than the land around it?
Does the land slope towards your house and or garage?
Does your basement flood?
Does just the garage flood?
You can get a garage door that will keep out the water. There pretty pricie but it might be worth it if you can't keep anything on the floor in you're garage.
I would have to know more about it before I would feel comfortable giving you advice!
